Summer Mountain training occurs in the Mount Hood Area. In 2010, it will occur at Stabler, WA. Emphasis is on rifle and field craft skills. |

Snow training looks at movement and base establishment in winter conditions. In addition, winter camouflage and special challenges are dealt with. |

We had our first successful test of our radios. Now we have to try them in a scenario environment. It was great to use them assisting the Boy Scouts with finding some lost Teenagers... |

The Akia type we use now is from the 50s, but we recently go the plans for 1940s wooden Akia. We will try to build some before next years Winter Training. |

Fall training is basically preparation for winter training and combat events. Lots of work to do getting the winter gear ready. |

Our next public event is the Fort Stevens Normandy Event, third weekend in July, in Warrenton, OR, at the Fort Stevens State Park. |
